Pre-Installation Process

Any installation process requires our installers to pay 2 visits to the site. Firstly would be for our installers to go down to take the necessary measurement so that they can prepare the acrylic and spacers according to the specification required of the installation. Thereafter, the 2nd visit would be the installation of the fan onto the window.

Guides On Installations:

	Step 1 Use a diameter 11mm drill bit to drill the hole to a depth deep enough to insert the wall stud. Caution: A diameter 10mm drill bit may not make the hole big enough to extend the stud after fastening.
	Step 2 Insert the wall stud into the hole.
	Step 3 Ensure that the wall stud is completely push into the hole until it is being stopped by the flange nut.
	Step 4 Tighten the flange nut until it stops and the stud should protrude 20mm
	Step 5 Unfasten the nut and take out from the stud.
	Step 6 Tighten the spacer support onto the stud with your hand. When the spacer reach the surface of the wall, apply a little tightening force will help it lock better.
	Step 7 The installation process for 1 support is complete, repeat step 1 to 6 for the remaining 3 supports.
