Step 1

Align 700mm x 700mm Perspex and do marking on the wall. Next, install wall. Plugs on all 4 sides. Fix screws to the wall plug next before mounting the 700mm x 700mm Perspex. Tighten all sides except for the top right hand.

Install the plastic gasket
On the 700mm 700mm Perspex. |

Step 3

Remove the louver of 15WHPA by
Using both hands to press the hooks.
Remove 4 screws and orifice. |

Step 4  |
Tilt 15WHPA then insert into the hole on the Perspex and tighten the screws.
Replace the orifice and louver. Cover the louver with 330mm x 330mm Perspex and tighten using spacers on all 3 sides except the top right hand. |

Step 5
Thereafter, the installer will bracket the wires to the ceiling, where he will tap the wires to the wires of the ceiling light. This way, the ventilation fan will be switched on when the light gets turned on. If cases whereby customers do not want to tap it to the ceiling lights, they can have the alternative of tapping it to the water heater as well, whichever is more convenient. In some occasions, customer may even request to fix up a switch of its down for just the powering of the ventilation fan. |
